AllocateThat

Timetables and schedules are great; except when they’re impractical to access…

AllocateThat transforms your Allocate+ Timetable into an open, iCal format that is universal to many programs such as Google Calendar, Lotus Notes and Outlook. This means that you can easily sync your uni timetable to your phone or other more practical devices.

It currently supports several Universities including Swinburne, Monash, Deakin and ACU. If your University uses Allocate+ but isn’t available on AllocateThat, you can contact me in at the address listed in the FAQs.

Happy timetabling!

Is my password safe?

It’s good to be cautious on the Internet, but I’m an ethical guy, so I don’t want to steal your Allocate+ password. The password is sent to Allocate+ of your University to authenticate (which has less security than I have implemented) and your timetable is retrieved. Your password isn’t stored. In the end, if you don’t trust me, I don’t recommend you use it :)

How can I import this calendar into Google Calendar?

Google, surprisingly, has the import feature slightly more obscured compared to Outlook or similar. However, they have a really good 4-step guide here, which will guide you through the process.

My university isn’t listed but we use Allocate+… what can I do?

Shoot an email to [email protected] and we can work to add your University to the list :)
